Terms and Conditions – 1x777 Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1x777 platform at 1x777.onl, registering an account or using any part of the service — including the mobile app, the game lobby, the sportsbook or the promotions section — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the service — via desktop browser, mobile browser, Android APK or iOS progressive web app.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1x777.

2 Account Registration

To use the paid features of 1x777 — including deposits, game play and withdrawal of winnings — you must register an account. Registration is free.

Eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate or business registrations are not permitted.
• You may hold only one account at 1x777. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted and will result in closure of duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You must not register using another person's identity or using false, fabricated or borrowed information.

1x777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your login details with another person is not permitted. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, notify 1x777 support immediately.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

1x777 may request identity verification documents at any point, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months)
• Payment method verification (screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or Easypaisa account used to deposit)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe communicated by 1x777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with the 1x777 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits

All deposits at 1x777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.

Supported deposit methods include:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer (standard inter-bank)
• Debit and credit cards where supported

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen inside your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.

1x777 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment account used to deposit must belong to the account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other people will be reversed and the originating account may be flagged for review.

1x777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the control of 1x777.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method registered to the account holder. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account, or be a verified account belonging to the same individual.

General withdrawal conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal screen.
• Active bonus balances must complete their wagering requirements before the associated winnings are available for withdrawal. See Section 6 for bonus wagering rules.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. If a withdrawal triggers a KYC review, processing is paused until verification is complete.
• VIP account holders at Gold tier and above benefit from faster withdrawal processing as detailed in the VIP programme terms.

1x777 targets processing of approved withdrawals within one to three business days for standard accounts. Delays caused by the recipient payment provider's own processing times are outside 1x777's control.

1x777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

1x777 offers various promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section and the specific terms published on the Promotions page for each offer.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings convert to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through in qualifying games. The requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Bingo and fish games have their own contribution rates as stated per promotion.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Cashback and VIP points run in parallel to an active deposit bonus.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal financial risk (commonly referred to as bonus abuse) are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• 1x777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, slots, fish games and bingo games available on the 1x777 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment a bet is placed and are not influenced by previous results, account history or any external factor.

General game conditions:

• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a spin, hand, or game round has been initiated, the outcome is determined and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session mid-round, the hand or round is void and the bet is returned to the player's account. This applies to server-side errors; connection interruptions on the player's end are not grounds for a void round.
• Game RTP (return to player) percentages are available for individual titles on request. These are statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools or manipulate game outcomes by any technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The 1x777 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sporting events. Sports betting is subject to the general terms in this document and the specific rules for each market type.

• Bets are accepted until the market closes, which is typically at the start of the event or, for in-play markets, at the point the relevant phase of play begins.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Any change in odds between placing and confirmation does not apply to an accepted bet.
• In the event a sporting event is abandoned, suspended or significantly altered (such as a match being moved to a neutral venue), 1x777 reserves the right to void affected bets in line with standard sportsbook practice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Bet limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the account balance within a short time of the event result being confirmed, subject to any bet settlement processing time.
• Any bet placed on a market where a result was known at the time of placement — whether by the player or through a data error — will be voided.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 1x777 and will result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances without notice:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software tools, scripts or exploits
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Using another person's payment method to deposit without their explicit consent
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Systematic bonus abuse — including coordinated play across multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable law
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a minor

1x777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may share account information when required to do so by valid legal process.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

1x777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this agreement
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity
• Disputes raised by payment providers regarding transactions
• Player request (voluntary closure)
• Self-exclusion activated through the responsible gaming tools

Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the deposit method on file, subject to verification requirements being met.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account can request this through the account settings or by contacting support.

11 Responsible Gaming

1x777 is committed to providing a gaming environment where responsible play is actively supported. The following tools are available to all account holders and can be configured in account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much can be deposited. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days). During self-exclusion, access to all gaming features is blocked. Extensions to the exclusion period can be requested; early reversal is not permitted.

All promotions are available to adults aged 18 and above only. 1x777 does not knowingly provide services to minors. If an account is found to belong to an underage person, the account is closed immediately and all deposits are returned.

12 Privacy and Data

1x777 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. The types of data collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights regarding your data are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

1x777 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and, where legally required, with regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

13 Limitation of Liability

1x777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

1x777 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes — all games involve risk and no outcome is guaranteed
• Loss of data or session progress caused by connection failures on the player's end
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside 1x777's reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to Terms

1x777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms are published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 1x777 may also notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15 Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these terms, a concern about your account or a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, contact 1x777 support through the in-platform live chat (available 24/7) or by emailing [email protected].

For disputes regarding a specific bet, game round or transaction, provide the relevant bet ID, game round reference or transaction ID when contacting support. This speeds up the investigation process significantly.

1x777 aims to acknowledge all support queries within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within five business days. Complex cases involving payment disputes or third-party verification may take longer.
